Who we are
ChalkStack is operated by One One Six Creative LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at support@chalkstack.app.
Acceptance of terms
By creating a ChalkStack account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a school, club, or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. One person per login — do not share accounts between coaches; invite them to your staff instead.
Acceptable use
Use ChalkStack for legitimate coaching work. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, attempt to break or probe our security, scrape the service, resell access, or use the service to store sensitive personal data about minors beyond what coaching requires.
Your content
Your playbooks, diagrams, notes, and uploads stay yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, back up, render, and display that content so the service works for you and the staff you invite.
Free trial
The first team you create receives a 14-day free trial with full Coach Pro access. No credit card is required. Additional teams you create start on the Free plan. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your team moves to the Free plan: nothing is deleted, but content beyond the Free plan's limits becomes read-only until you upgrade. If you upgrade during your trial, your paid subscription begins and you are charged immediately, and any remaining trial days end.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes up to 2 formations and 5 plays for one team and one season. Coach Pro is billed through Stripe at $35 per month or $350 per year, in advance, and renews automatically until canceled. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. If a payment fails, Coach Pro features remain available for a 7-day grace period; if the payment is not corrected by then, Pro features are paused until billing is updated.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel Coach Pro at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your program returns to the Free plan — your content remains, but Pro-only features such as PDF export, staff invites, and extra seasons are locked. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep ChalkStack available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a materially adverse change to a paid feature, we will give account owners reasonable notice.
Termination
You may stop using ChalkStack at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or remain unpaid after notice.
Disclaimers and liability
ChalkStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or lost opportunities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
