Who we are
ChalkStack is operated by One One Six Creative LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Questions can be sent to support@chalkstack.app.
Information we collect
When you create a ChalkStack account we collect your name, email address, and optional profile photo. When you build a program we store your team name, logo, seasons, playbooks, formations, plays, diagrams, assignments, coaching notes, and tags. We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to keep the service secure and working.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account, store and display your playbook content, send account and invitation emails, provide customer support, process subscription payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your playbook content to advertise to you.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and payment credentials are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and never touch ChalkStack's servers. We store only a customer reference and your subscription status so we know which features to unlock. Stripe's own privacy policy governs its handling of payment data.
Sharing and staff access
Coaches you invite to your program can view or edit the content their role allows. Beyond that, we share data only with service providers that help us run ChalkStack (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing), or when required by law.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember which team and season you were last working in, and understand basic usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Data retention
We keep your account and playbook content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to remove your data, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can view and correct your profile information in Settings at any time. To request a copy of your data or to delete your account, email support@chalkstack.app from the address on your account and we will complete the request within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, including the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
Children's privacy
ChalkStack is built for coaches and staff, not for players. Accounts are intended for adults. Please do not store personally identifying information about minor athletes in free-text fields.
Changes and contact
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify account owners by email or in the app. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@chalkstack.app.
